Another update finally hits the interweb thingy. I seem to be
spending far too much time getting stuff prepared for and uploaded to
my Fotopic sites, but a visit to Sheffield over Christmas has led to an
update of the Sheffield Trams page,
and the scanning of my old Blackpool
tram photos is complete
It is now five years since the Carlisle
floods wiped out the Stagecoach fleet and heralded a fantastic few
months for the bus enthusiast, as buses from all over the Stagecoach
empire descended on the city before the fleet of Darts arrived. The
pages relating to theses periods are still on here, called Carlisle After the Rain andCarlisle
Now, with "now" referring to the last four years. The latter page
is currently being worked on - coming soon (perhaps) to this website.
The background image is a photo of a one-time constant travelling
companion of mine, Christmas G Panda, who was hand-knitted by a friend
many years ago. He has now retired from his travelling activities due
to fragility.

Nostalgia for the 1980s? Taken in Caerphilly bus
station in the late 1980s (I think) during the period when Rhymney
Valley called itself InterValleyLink before succumbing to National
Welsh, is bus bodied Leopard 62.
More coming soon.
